Flap Wheel Tools

Flap wheel abrasives are available in both:

• aluminium oxide
• zirconium

They exist in a full range of dimensions and grits:

• Grits: from # 40 till # 320
• Diameters: from Ø 10 mm till Ø 80 mm
• Width: from 5 mm till 50 mm
• Shafts: Ø 3 mm & Ø 6 mm

Non woven flap wheels are also available in the same dimensions, they exist in:

• aluminium oxide
• silica carbide

Grits range from coarse (# 80) to ultra fine (# 500 to 600) and micro fine (# 1000 to 1200).
A complete range of special flap wheel tools for SONICAM S1 machines is available:

• Standard grits: # 150 240 & 320
• Standard Ø: Ø 20 mm Ø 25 mm & Ø 30 mm
• Standard width: 10 mm

Other grits (till # 500) and 20 mm width can be made upon request.
